Sans Noise collects only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, organization where asked, and your message or answers. Nothing is collected in the background. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites.
To respond to you. Each form says what you will be contacted about, and that is the only use. No lists are sold or shared. We don't run broad marketing campaigns, with one exception: if you ask to hear about our sessions, we'll email you updates and follow-ups about those events. You can unsubscribe from those at any time.
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our email processor, to hello@sansnoise.com. A backup copy is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure for reliability.
Some pages save small amounts of information in your browser's local storage — whether you've already entered your details, any notes you write on library cards, and which cards you've opened. This stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Backup copies of form submissions are deleted after 12 months. Email correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation stays relevant.
